Chris Lovan has been working in the Information Technology industry since May of 1991. 

Previous to his role at Octal Systems, LLC. Chris Lovan was the IT Manager for Cingular Wireless for the state of Indiana.  During his tenure at Cingular Wireless Lovan was responsible for all network infrastructure for a 250 person call center, Indiana corporate headquarters, 40 retail locations and 25 kiosk sales sites, network communications between the Mobile Telephone Switching Offices and corporate offices for the engineering departments and numerous migrations between platforms and technologies for upgrade purposes.

Seven years IT consulting experience, and over 14 years experience in the IT field performing all facets of IT including but not limited to electronic data processing audits for system security reliability and disaster recovery to help desk and IT Management.  

Lovan graduated from Sterling College as Outstanding Senior in Computer Science with a B.S. in Management Information Systems.
